About BenchWorx

Founded in 2015, BenchWorx is a mobile woodworking education program introducing students of all ages to practical skills, creativity and safe tool use.
Real tools. Real skills. Real pride.
Every class begins with instruction and a clear safety demonstration. Students then measure, sand, saw, shape, drill, clamp, hammer and assemble useful projects with guidance from experienced teachers.
No prior experience is required. BenchWorx provides the tools, materials and encouragement children need to turn curiosity into capability.

Jeff Schrock
Founder and lead teacher Jeff spent many years operating Schrock Custom Woodworking before launching BenchWorx. His experience, patience and belief in the next generation shape every class.
Levi Schrock
Levi combines a lifelong love of woodworking with experience in youth and family ministry. He enjoys helping students discover their abilities and develop new passions.
Theodore Ferguson
Theo brings an artist’s eye and a creative mindset to woodworking, helping young builders turn their ideas into original projects they are proud to share.
